The project involves 5 partners cities from diverse EU countries (Genoa-Italy, Barcelona-Spain, Hannover-Germany, Maribor-Slovenia, Montpellier-France) with the possibility to extend the project’s impacts to other 4 Host Cities (Lublin-Poland, Umeå-Sweden, Tallinn-Estonia, Timișoara-Romania).
The consortium offers a unique variety of competencies and experiences with specific focus on urban innovation, recycling strategies, co-design methods with local communities, social engagement, creative heritage, cultural promotion, audience development and local empowerment, transferability of practices, assessment & evaluation, effective communication & dissemination through different channels.

IAAC will coordinate the activities connected to digital fabrication and ICT applied to public space through LandArt actions.

Within the Institute of Urban Design and Planning, we are teaching in the B.Sc. Architecture and M.Sc. Architecture and Urban Planning Programmes of LUH, as well as organising the Architecture of Territories doctoral college. Currently, we are coordinator of the Circular Design Innovation Alliance co-funded by the European Union.
LUH will in ReCITYing perform activities aiming to combine urban design strategies with music arts, culture, and economy, related to Hannover as UNESCO Creative City of Music.

Champ Libre

Created in 1999, has the role the diffusion of architecture through events in cultural matters allowing the meeting between architects, owners, professionals of the building. Since 2006, the association has been devoted primarily to the realisation of the Festival des Architectures Vives (Lively Architecture). The FAV aims to reactivate the city and enhance emblematic heritage sites by opening it up to as many people as possible.
ACL will coordinate international Festival organisation and dissemination in Montpellier.
